Capabilities

Equipped for the work
you need done right
the first time.

Our in-house capabilities are built for difficult features, demanding materials, and work where consistency matters. We can handle a single operation or help carry a part through several stages, depending on what your project needs.

From CNC machining and precision tubing to deep-hole drilling, honing, and dimensional inspection, our team focuses on practical solutions, clear communication, and dependable results.

CNC
Machining

Turning / Milling Complete Parts Secondary Ops

Precision machining for complex parts and features

CNC turning and milling for complete parts, secondary operations, and features that call for close dimensional control.

We machine external and internal diameters, faces, contours, pockets, slots, threads, ports, bores, and other print-defined features. Each process is planned around the datums and relationships that matter most to your part.

Turning & Milling Turning and milling for diameters, faces, contours, pockets, slots, threads, and other print-defined geometry.
Feature Relationships Planning around datums, centers, position, concentricity, runout, and other critical feature relationships.
Project Fit From one needed operation to a complete machining sequence, we can work with your material or help source the right blank.

Precision
Tubing

ID / OD Control Concentricity Long-Length Tubes

Precision tubing and cannulated blanks

Precision tubing for applications where ID, OD, wall consistency, straightness, material condition, and length all affect performance.

We produce finished tubular components, tubular blanks for later extrusion, and material prepared for additional machining. The process is planned around the ID-to-OD relationship, straightness, machining allowance, material behavior, and final inspection requirements.

ID / OD Relationship Control of the inside diameter in relation to the outside diameter, including concentricity, wall consistency, and machining allowance.
Straightness & Runout Consideration of tube straightness, total runout, material movement, and how the blank will behave during later machining.
Application Materials Experience with stainless, titanium, nickel, cobalt, and specialty alloys used in medical, aerospace, energy, and industrial applications.

Precision
Deep Hole Drilling

Diameter Control Hole Drift Surface Finish

Accurate deep bores at demanding depth-to-diameter ratios

Deep-hole drilling for parts where bore location, straightness, diameter consistency, and exit condition are critical.

We account for material condition, depth-to-diameter ratio, coolant delivery, tooling, datum control, and inspection access. The result is a stable internal feature made to meet the print and support the part’s final use.

Diameter & Size Control Control of bore diameter, tolerance, tool wear, and consistent sizing over the required drilled length.
Straightness / Drift Attention to hole walk, entry alignment, exit position, and datum relationships on long or intersecting bores.
Finish & Chip Evacuation Coolant delivery and chip removal planned around the material, bore depth, and required internal finish.

Honing
& Finishing

Final ID Sizing Bore Geometry Surface Texture

Final bore sizing and surface refinement

Honing improves bore size, surface finish, roundness, cylindricity, and overall fit or contact performance.

We review the incoming bore, final ID tolerance, available stock, finish target, part length, material hardness, and inspection requirements. You can send us a machined part for honing, or we can include it in the overall process when needed.

Size & Stock Allowance Review of final ID size, incoming bore condition, remaining stock, and consistent material removal through the bore.
Geometry Correction Improvement of roundness, taper, barrel, bellmouth, and other bore-geometry conditions where applicable.
Surface Requirements Surface finish suited to sealing, sliding, bearing, fluid, and precision-assembly applications.

Metrology
& Inspection

CMM Layout Independent Inspection Inspection Records

Dimensional inspection you can rely on

Dimensional inspection for first articles, in-process parts, completed production, and other work that needs clear, objective verification.

Our inspection plan follows your drawing, datums, tolerances, functional relationships, sampling needs, and reporting requirements. We can inspect parts you machined elsewhere or verify work completed as part of a broader project.

Dimensional Layout Verification of critical dimensions, datums, profiles, positions, diameters, lengths, angles, and feature relationships.
Internal & External Features Measurement of bores, diameters, faces, shoulders, runout, concentricity, straightness, and other accessible geometry.
Documentation Inspection records, dimensional reports, first-article data, in-process feedback, and data packages based on your requirements.
Extended Manufacturing Support

More capability through
trusted partners.

When your part needs a process we do not perform in-house, we can work with trusted specialty shops to keep the job moving. We help coordinate the outside work, track requirements, and maintain a clear path from raw material to finished part.

Partner Capability 01

Coating & Plating

Anodizing, passivation, electroless nickel, zinc and nickel plating, black oxide, hard chrome, conversion coatings, and other protective finishes.

Partner Capability 02

Grinding & Precision Finishing

Centerless, cylindrical, and surface grinding, along with lapping and polishing for final size, geometry, or finish.

Partner Capability 03

Heat Treatment & Material Processing

Hardening, tempering, stress relieving, annealing, carburizing, nitriding, and other heat-treat processes selected for the material and end use.

Partner Capability 04

Specialty Machining & Fabrication

EDM, laser or waterjet cutting, welding, brazing, fabrication, and other specialty work needed to complete your part.

Partner work is coordinated around your drawing, material, certification, inspection, and flow-down requirements.
